The Marketing Specialist focuses on attracting prospective homebuyers by promoting the Garman brand through marketing and advertising across all Garman companies.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate all marketing/branding materials, advertisements, and graphics including creation, approval, and distribution. Evaluate marketing materials regularly to ensure that they are accurate and brand consistent.
- Support Director of Marketing in the development of and marketing email campaigns for Online Advisors, New Home Specialists, and general marketing.
- Update the website to ensure all Garman companies are consistent and accurate in communicating while also delivering a good user experience. This includes working with Director of Marketing to maintain and audit website content to brand consistency and accuracy.
- Manage all community lots, and Garman companies’ signage by touring and tracking each community regularly to ensure Garman Standards and branding styling guides are met with maintenance, design, production, installation, and overall consistent communication and branding.
- Build and maintain all graphic designs for all Garman Companies to be used for all facets of marketing including but not limited to advertising, campaigns, social media posts, signage, TOPO maps, and flyers while maintaining the Garman image.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and creative, have strong graphic design skills, be social media savvy, and able to juggle both short- & long-term projects well.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communications preferred
- 3-5 years relevant marketing experience
- Current working knowledge of construction preferred, but not required
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM), and applications (Web analytics, etc.)
- Demonstrates marketing, product and merchandising acumen, including an understanding and awareness of customer and buyer psychology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
