What We’re Looking For

Reporting directly to Sr. Manager Regional Campaign Marketing, this role owns a specific territory of the US and is responsible for coordinating the execution and subsequent reporting for marketing campaigns at a hyper-local level. You will work with Sales Executives that are out in the field to discuss local market trends, refine lead targeting strategies and ultimately oversee the execution of campaigns in support of growth goals.


Successful candidates will be highly organized, have a creative/problem-solving mindset, possess strong communication skills and must be comfortable working on projects with mutually agreed upon deadlines.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of qualified leads in specific set of Growth Markets in the US
  • Work with Sales leaders to define strategy and tactics at a hyper-local level
  • Gather requirements, build out campaign briefs and content briefs and partner with internal teams on the creation of relevant assets
  • Work with our database team to look identify pockets of marketable leads and to gather prospect lists
  • Execute campaigns in the form of email sends, digital advertising, magazine ad buys, trade shows/conferences and other tactics
  • Coordinate the execution of events including occasional travel (two to three times a year) to high visibility events to ensure success
  • Work with our guidelines to identify “on-brand” marketing opportunities
  • Provide creative insights and direction, with some editing but you will have a team of content experts that can help create specific assets
  • Provide detailed post-campaign reporting and recommendations
  • Hit and exceed growth goals for your Region and for all markets

Skills You’ll Need

  • 2-6 years of experience in marketing, sales or similar
  • Confidence supporting multiple projects at once
  • A “Can Do!” attitude with a passion for seeing projects through to completion
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be a self-started that can multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Proficiency with G-Suite applications is a plus
  • Previous experience with managing towards a budget is a plus
  • CRM experience is a plus

Compensation

  • $59700 – $72000 / year. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate’s skill, experience, education and/or location.
