Digital Marketing Specialist (Contract)
Overview:
As a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist, you will focus on designing, implementing, and analyzing email, SMS and paid campaigns. Your efforts will optimize CRM initiatives, streamline processes, and improve our overall marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Project-Based Campaign Management: Oversee and contribute to projects enhancing marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and paid advertising channels.
- Automation and Efficiency: Work on automating CRM processes to improve productivity and streamline campaign execution.
- Campaign Design and Implementation: Use Iterable to create and manage email and SMS campaigns that effectively reach target audiences.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, providing insights to guide strategic adjustments and future efforts.
- Experimental Design: Develop and execute tests for various elements such as email subject lines, copy, and audience segmentation to refine marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the CRM team, design team, and other stakeholders to ensure projects align with overall marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience working in CRM platforms, preferably Iterable, including campaign creation, execution, and analysis.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of Marketing Best Practices: Familiarity with email marketing, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with marketing technologies and high aptitude for learning new software and tools.
- Independent and Asynchronous Work: Ability to work independently or asynchronously, managing tasks and projects without constant supervision.
- Collaborative Efforts: Excellent teamwork skills, with experience working in a cross-functional environment.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation:
This is a part-time contract position. The hourly pay rate will be $40-$55.
