Essential Responsibilities / Duties
- Project manage strategic brand and marketing campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders to meet their goals, creating an engaging experience for patients and potential patients
- Support the development of the hospital’s paid media planning, budgeting and strategy (including social and multimedia) to bolster performance and assist marketing campaigns in accomplishing key goals; liaise with and manage agency partners as needed
- Assist in execution of brand and service-line campaigns in alignment with the broader marketing team, with a focus on social media content
- Organize multimedia research recruitment marketing campaigns
- Partner on social media advertising conducted in house
- Support with voice and tone of social media posts that align with the brand, the shared content, and each social channel’s audience
- Responsible for pulling and interpreting social media and paid media analytics that shapes content strategy and communicates actionable insights effectively to leadership and stakeholders
- Own content creation from ideation to distribution on social channels like Doximity and beyond to ensure target audience reach by following industry best practices and trends
- Support campaign production process to balance efficiency with quality, aligning with brand guidelines to effectively tell a compelling and breakthrough story
- Develop, manage and schedule social posts across BMC social channels
- Manage social media intern work responsibilities

Experience
1-2 years in social media management, marketing or creative development
Knowledge And Skills
- Experience with brand marketing with a demand generation focus
- Experience with project management and leading campaigns by aligning stakeholders
- Experience with a social media scheduling tool (i.e. Sprout, Meltwater, Hootsuite, Sprinkler) and a project management tool (e.g. Airtable)
- Strong writing
- An eye for photography
- Strong understanding of video editing
- Ability to design graphics
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Understanding of paid social and each channel’s business manager
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multitasking
