The B2B Digital Marketing Specialist is a results-driven marketing professional who will execute digital marketing tactics to build brand equity and support lead generation. We are looking for a creative talent to join our B2B Marketing Team who is comfortable deploying content across multiple channels including events, email, website, and social media. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including events, email, website, and social media.
  • Manage content on digital platforms, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, social media updates, and paid ads.
  • Contribute to lead generation efforts by optimizing landing pages, supporting lead nurturing workflows, and ensuring proper CRM integration.
  • General web updates and coordinating with external vendors as needed.
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing performance
  • Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, including maintaining marketing calendars, tracking budgets, and managing project timelines

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within a B2B context. Proven success in digital campaigns and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms/marketing automation tools; Word Press, HubSpot, Zoom and Salesforce experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a specific focus on B2B marketing email communications, website applications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
  • Employs a grow mindset.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker with a creative approach to solving challenges.
  • Meticulous, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a cross functional setting.
  • Proactive and capable of driving initiatives with minimal supervision.

Salary Range: $65,643.18 – $87,524.25

Annual Bonus Potential: 5%
