This dynamic role, initially funded by our Community Development Department and transitioning to the City Manager’s Office – Communications at the start of 2026, focuses on developing, executing, and monitoring innovative marketing strategies that highlight our programs, services, events, and initiatives.

We’re looking for a creative individual with exceptional attention to detail who can manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with various departments and external partners. Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.

The hiring range is $74,380.46 – $82,644.96 / annually

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field is required. Four years of experience in marketing or a similar role with a demonstrated ability to manage digital campaigns and content creation. Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.
