Responsible for planning/executing marketing activities in order to develop and maintain awareness of the brand, generate leads and drive engagement.

 

Marketing:

  • Assists with development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics
  • Plans and executes initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
  • Assists in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Ensures marketing initiatives are clearly communicated
  • Participates in the management of the organization’s web presence, including the website, social media and other marketing assets
  • Creates and maintain marketing documentation and presentations
  • Develops content ensuring it is written in corporate voice and meet corporate graphic standards

Communications:

  • Serves as media contact, as required.
  • Assists with content review and editing as needed

Special Events/Special Projects:

  • Serves as liaison and coordinates special projects and duties at the request of administrative staff.
  • Actively participate in planning, coordination and overseeing virtual and in-person special events, i.e., groundbreakings, open house, press conferences, etc.

Job Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Communications or related field.
  •  Three years of prior experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications or a related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 360 Office products including Word, Excel, Teams, Notebook, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Hands-on experience with marketing software, including CRM, social media platforms, production tools and applications (web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.) preferred
  • Applicable knowledge in marketing data analytics and tools preferred
  • Must exhibit proficient writing skills and creative approach in social media, graphics, layout/design and printing
  • Strong attention to details and planning skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
