Overview:
Responsible for digital marketing activities for assigned departments or business lines. Support the development, execution and evaluation of digital marketing and communication programs designed to meet business objectives of M&T Bank Corporation business unit managers, while reinforcing the bank’s brand identity.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support digital marketing strategy and annual plan for assigned business lines, including key tactics and programs to deliver/exceed targeted goals and objectives.
- Assist in the management of digital media planning and buying.
- Work closely with offline and direct marketing teams to ensure integration of digital marketing tactics with other marketing efforts.
- Work closely with relationship marketing managers in the development of marketing/creative campaigns.
- Track and optimize the performance of digital marketing tactics. Review site analytics, including path analysis to identify possible refinements to campaigns.
- Maintain tracking of budgets and spending for the full Digital Marketing team.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degre
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing marketing campaigns in a client or agency environment
- OR in lieu of a degree
- A combined 5 years of education and work experience
- Basic understanding of how users interact with digital media, as well as online and mobile user behavior.
M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $56,655.45 – $94,425.76 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
