Position Summary:
Provides team support, planning and coordination of corporate marketing promotions and events enhancing company value proposition. Facitilitates the organization of corporate events and meetings. Solves practical problems and delivers solutions that contribute to the ability of the business to grow. Interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, graphic and schedule form. Assists in prioritizing projects and programs affiliated with the National Marketing program and deliverables. Interacts with marketing team, procurement team, earned income team, management, vendors and other associates. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Acts as the team lead on departmental invoice coding, tracking and reconciliation to the departmental budget guidelines.
- Ownership of the corporate digital storefront, including ordering inventory, communications to the field, tracking and managing monthly reporting and researching new product enhancements and opportunities.
- Manages corporate banner rental program, providing increased visablity of corporate brands at all national and local customer and associate facing events.
- Provides technology support for event management software, reporting and coordination of associate, vendor and customer travel including communication with venue representatives.
- Generates pre event floor plans, layouts, signage and facilitates allowance solicitation for all show related fees and allowances. Creates event specific websites in event mangement software and tracks invitation response data.
- Supports National Marketing program creative deliverables by developing relevant content, manages content uploads to corporate data sharing site on the HUB, and creates National Marketing program presentations for marketing manager and director.
- Researches, purchases and coordinates all event materials with various vendors for printing, corporate apparel, awards, associate rewards and gifts.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
