You Will

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Department in creating and managing content across external sites; Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter
  • Have oversight of the Company’s career site, ensuring high visibility to potential candidates
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve external TA communications and recruiting campaigns to be more effective.
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources when marketing or communications support is needed.
  • Support the Human Resource Department in designing and executing effective internal campaigns for major company initiatives and announcements. an, collect, and draft original content across internal communication platforms (e-mail, internal newsletter, intranet, meetings, Webex, etc.).
  • Support the planning, logistics, and execution of internal communications campaigns and in-person, hybrid, and remote events (all-team meetings, leadership team meetings, in-office/hybrid/remote events, milestone celebrations, etc.).
  • Drive user engagement with internal communication channels through action-driving content, proactive content planning, and continuous improvement to the user experience.
  • Support employee storytelling campaigns, including engaging participants and drafting content (written, audio or video).
  • Design graphics to use across various channels (email, PowerPoint, intranet, etc.).
  • Help enhance the user experience of the intranet through updates and keeping the content, sites, and navigation accurate and up to date.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve internal communications processes to be more efficient, effective, and user-focused.
  • Assist other departments with internal communications tools.
  • Collect and analyze internal communications data to support data-driven decision making and to monitor campaign performance.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have

  • B.A B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, and/or equivalent with experience and on-the-job training.
  • Minimum 3 years working in a healthcare environment preferred or similar service industry.
  • Confident, driven, and dynamic leader.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
  • Experience with ATS systems is a plus. iCIMS preferred.
  • Excellent project management experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
