The Marketing Specialist will support Epiq’s Global Business Transformation Solutions (GBTS) division. Working closely with the Director of Marketing to help develop, execute and support a content marketing plan and advertising program to drive brand awareness, support demand generation, create communications and advance our strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to translate complex operational data and business insights into effective marketing strategies that drive growth and brand recognition.

Job Requirements:

  • Develop brand positioning for GBTS services & products that will resonate with target personas and further market penetration
  • Proven ability to develop copy, demonstrate brand voice, & drive consistency across numerous types of content and marketing materials
  • Create editorial calendars for various types of content such as whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs, etc.
  • Develop content and communications with support from SMEs that is aligned to customer lifecycles including targeted messaging by role or segment
  • Develop sales enablement tools and materials including PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and landing pages.
  • Experience in translating operational & business insights into visually compelling presentations, slicks and other marketing collateral
  • Implement an organic & paid social media strategy that supports campaign and brand initiatives: including campaign development, content creation / writing copy, measurement of results
  • Participate in social listening and build engaging content based on industry trends, news, and other relevant topics in the industry
  • Track, monitor, report, and analyze campaign performance data for multiple channels (paid, social, email, events, etc.) to understand effectiveness and optimize for better results
  • Support the events calendar including the strategy and execution for national events, local events, digital events, etc.

Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications or content marketing, preferably in the B2B space
  • 2+ years of experience with modern marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo or Pardot
  • 2+ years of experience with B2B social media marketing practices organic and paid
  • Prior experience working cross functionally between departments; prior experience working remotely preferred
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar, ability to follow a consistent brand voice across various content types
  • eye for emerging trends and a strong aptitude for leveraging new technologies to enhance marketing outcomes.

  • Proficient with Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Comfortable working with analytics and making recommendations based on data
  • Demonstrated proactiveness and ability to anticipate needs and results and to pivot when appropriate
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and build the plan to achieve them

The Compensation range for this role is 61,316.00 – 76,645.50 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s location, skills, experience and qualifications.
