As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will collaborate with clients to ensure success in their Marketing Automation endeavors. This involves executing Marketo programs, staying abreast of new features, and becoming an invaluable resource for clients. You will need technical aptitude and business acumen to design and implement personalized marketing programs, analyze data integrity issues, and drive processes/systems to solve them.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Campaign Execution:

    • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive campaign production execution and operations.
    • Own end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, sometimes globally.
  2. Demand Generation:

    • Design, automate, and optimize regional demand generation campaigns through Marketo.
    • Handle data management, including segmentation analysis, list management, and lead processes in Salesforce CRM.
  3. Data Integrity:

    • Automate and enhance data integrity operations where possible.
    • Troubleshoot data integrity issues with accuracy, duplication, and completeness.

When Working with Clients, You Will:

  • Develop and enhance service delivery offerings and methodologies for Marketo customers.
  • Identify new service opportunities and collaborate with sales to close new business.
  • Contribute to building Marvel Marketers into a First-Class Consulting Organization.

Must-Haves:

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketo software.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation processes, including lead management, campaign management, and online marketing.
  • Experience with CRM applications, such as Salesforce.com.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise-level Marketing Automation system (Marketo experience required).
  • Analytics-driven mindset.
  • Strong client management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and executive-level presence.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous consulting experience (preferred but not required).
  • Marketo certification is highly desirable.
  • Nurture expertise is a significant plus.
