Afni
Afni is hiring a Marketing Specialist to join its fun corporate marketing team in Tucson, AZ. You’ll support sales efforts, write and distribute internal communications, assist with marketing campaigns, and help us keep all our marketing projects running smoothly. This position is based at our Tucson, AZ location.
As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll:
- Bring marketing expertise to develop and manage recruitment marketing campaigns to position and grow Afni using the latest marketing tactics and tools.
- Be an active participant in integrated recruitment marketing activities. These include but are not limited to floor walks, onsite activities, community events & job fairs.
- Help keep department projects on track. Part of this role is to keep our many marketing projects organized, documented, on track, and well-communicated.
- Assist with internal communications activities, including planning, channel management & documentation.
- Serve as a recruitment marketing “generalist” and contribute to the success of a variety of internal/external projects.
- Develop new strategies to increase referral share of hires for both agent and non-agent roles.
- Facilitate onsite & offsite activities to increase onsite applications
- Partner with training and operations to raise awareness about referrals.
- Attend community events and job fairs to gather applications.
- Build relationships with universities and schools
- Open to perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the immediate Manager.

Requirements
You’re qualified if you:
- Earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, or similar.
- Have at least 1 year professional experience in a BPO, marketing, or sales environment with solid examples and references to back it up.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have good interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills.
- Are able to build strategic working relationships and facilitate agreement with internal and external partners.
- Are generally analytical and creative.
- Are ready to work with a fun team and be an influential contributor to our company’s success.
- Are amenable to working onsite at our Southeast Tucson location.
