Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with different marketing roles as well as cross-functional teams to drive projects forward and build better marketing programs. The Marketing Specialist is comfortable bringing tasks to completion independently but also enjoys working in a collaborative, team environment. This role requires a problem solver with strong communication and project management skills. The Marketing Specialist reports to the Director of Marketing.

This position is onsite in our Liberty Lake, WA headquarters, this is not a remote position.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develops key internal relationships with the various marketing, sales, product, and other internal teams to help drive major projects through the organization.
  • Evaluates marketing needs and identifies opportunities.
  • Implements and maintains systems and processes to support the management of marketing tasks and programs.
  • Supports consistent and relevant messaging and positioning across all programs and communications.
  • Assists in the development of key reporting metrics and analytics required to maintain and grow programs.
  • Supports internal marketing initiatives and employee programs as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or additional 2 years of job experience in lieu of degree
  • Highly accountable with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities and workflows to ensure deadlines are met
  • Demonstrated experience working within a marketing team with diverse roles as well as with different teams across an organization
  • Experience using project management software to support marketing workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) a plus
  • Experience in a SaaS or B2B environment a plus
