We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, digital marketing channels, and campaign analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives, delivering measurable results and innovative approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to refine marketing approaches.
- Campaign Management: Design, oversee, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms (social media, email, SEO, PPC, content, events, etc.).
- Audience Segmentation: Develop and refine audience personas to target specific demographics, behaviors, and preferences for tailored marketing efforts.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (KPIs), providing data-driven recommendations for optimization and reporting to key stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (product, sales, design, etc.) to ensure marketing strategies support broader business objectives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous innovation and improvement.

Compensation: $750 – $1,150 / week
