Essential Functions
- Responsible for providing guidance and daily supervision to staff in the Marketing department. Supports administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.
- Manages Promotions at OTB’s and maintains ongoing communication with all OTB managers. Ensures that all property collateral at OTB’s are up to date. Coordinates and executes all retail promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise.
- Establish effective working relationships with sales and agency leadership to ensure that our products and services are implemented through sales enablement and marketing demand generation programs
- Provide feedback into product development and service offers and participates in their development; collaborate to create, launch and track performance of product and service offerings in our markets
- Support OTB and Slot facility on social media.
- Make website updates as needed.
- Develop and deliver appropriate field sales enablement tools
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks;
- Participating in professional organizations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business with 5-7 years of experience. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from team members, regulatory agencies or members of the staff. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner. Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regards to the implementation of current duties. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.
Licenses/Certificates: Must be 21 years or older. Must be able to obtain a Gaming and Racing License from Louisiana Racing Commission.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Office/Casino environment; Subject to outdoor temperature; Exposed to smoke, bright lights and noise at times. The work environment consists of very non-demanding surroundings with a low noise level. Will occasional work in extreme heat or cold conditions.
