The Marketplace Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand and awareness of isolved’s Marketplace and Strategic Partners across both the customer and reseller ecosystems. This role leads the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that support partner promotion, customer adoption, and channel engagement. Working cross-functionally with teams across sales, product, and marketing, the Marketing Manager plays a critical role in growing partner-influenced pipeline and deepening isolved’s value within its client and reseller base.

Core Job Duties

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote Marketplace and Strategic Partner solutions to customers and resellers
  • Create integrated multi-channel programs using email, digital, events, direct mail, and content to drive partner awareness and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in product marketing, sales, customer success, and creative to align messaging and execution
  • Support lifecycle marketing efforts by mapping Marketplace content and promotions to key stages of the customer and reseller journey
  • Establish program goals and KPIs; track campaign performance, report results, and identify areas for optimization
  • Maintain alignment with Marketing and Sales Operations to ensure accurate lead tracking, segmentation, and reporting
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Marketplace offerings and help drive demand through campaigns, enablement, and communications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with customer or field marketing exposure
  • Proven ability to develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt messaging to varied audiences
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and use data to inform decisions
  • Familiarity with the software industry; HCM experience preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent business experience
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required
