Your territory

As part of our US team, you will:

  • Lead and scale high-impact paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), fueling Tractive’s growth in North America and helping more pet parents discover peace of mind
  • Apply advanced Meta strategies like budget optimization, dynamic creatives, and message testing to maximize campaign efficiency and reach
  • Use performance data to guide creative testing, identify top-performing content, and collaborate with influencer and creative teams to produce UGC that drives results
  • Support full-funnel campaigns across additional platforms like TikTok and Reddit, continuously exploring new opportunities for growth
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Meta Advantage+, implement optimizations in real time, and plan strategic moments like Black Friday and seasonal promotions
  • Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and privacy updates, translating insights into actionable improvements
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better – you’ll never hear the phrase “…because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • At least 4-6 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns with proven success in testing and scaling performance marketing strategies
  • Experience with additional platforms such as TikTok, Reddit, or Pinterest is a strong plus
  • A creative and analytical mindset – you know how to interpret performance data and turn it into effective strategy
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt quickly
  • Based in Seattle or able to work from our Seattle office 2x/week preferred
