Role Summary
We’re looking for a talented Paid Media Manager with deep expertise in Paid Social to join our growing team. While your core focus will be leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, this is a hybrid role that spans the Paid Media landscape.
You’ll be responsible for developing full-funnel strategies, activating and optimizing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with client objectives across multiple channels and accounts. This role requires a strategic mindset, a hands-on approach to campaign management, and strong collaboration skills to deliver best-in-class performance.
Your ability to work closely with cross-functional teams will help drive innovation and operational efficiency. Above all, you’ll be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, constantly identifying opportunities to improve processes and elevate campaign execution.
Salary: $75-$80K + 10% bonus.
You’re the right person for the role if you have:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running Paid Social campaigns—ideally within an agency or fast-paced media environment
- Proven success across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat; hands-on experience with other Paid Media channels (e.g. Programmatic, Paid Search) is a strong plus
- Experience delivering performance campaigns, dtc, lead generation, branding campaigns or mobile app campaigns
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Data/Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines
- Paid media platform certifications (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok) are desirable
- Excellent analytical skills, with a data-first approach to campaign strategy, performance, optimization and decision-making
- A working understanding of tracking, tagging, and measurement fundamentals (e.g. pixel implementation, UTMs, conversion APIs)
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working across diverse campaigns and channels
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and a passion for continuous learning and innovation
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize full-funnel Paid Social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Own the strategy, development and execution of multi-channel Paid Media strategies, aligned with client objectives and KPIs
- Act as a key client contact—presenting performance insights, strategic direction, and recommendations across social and broader paid media activity
- Monitor campaign performance daily, using data to drive actionable optimizations that improve results and meet KPIs
- Identify opportunities and deliver recommendations to improve performance and drive innovation across all areas of campaign delivery—account structure bidding, audiences, ad creative, copy, landing pages and more!
- Lead testing initiatives (creative, audiences, formats, etc.), analyze results, and apply learnings to drive continuous growth and improvement
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring accurate pacing, forecasting, and reconciliation
- Work collaboratively with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive, data-driven campaigns that reflect best practices
- Champion innovation within Paid Media—bringing fresh ideas, staying ahead of platform trends, and identifying growth opportunities for clients
- Support process improvements and contribute to operational excellence, operational efficiency across the wider Paid Media team
- Keep both clients and internal teams informed of industry news, ensuring strategies remain relevant and effective in the dynamic digital landscape.
