Partner Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Commercial Excellence team!

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Partner Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with our key partners, building and maintaining a calendar for partner marketing initiatives, optimizing our partner marketing initiatives processes, identifying success measures, track and report on effectiveness while ensuring seamless coordination between MVP marketing, Commercial Excellence, and our vendor partners.

Travel required: Intermittent, less than 25%

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain and uphold the Core Values and Mission Statement of MVP.
  • Manage platforms utilized by MVP Hospitals in partnership with Partners (Virtual Pharmacies, Greenline Pet, data reporting and consolidation partners, etc.) to maximize MVP Hospital efforts in partnership with our vendor partners and driving growth.
  • Work directly with vendor partners on creation, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions which MVP is partnering.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with vendor partners focused on new products, promotions, and events calendarized.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track and monitor key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to CME and Marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and hospital leadership to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with objectives and overall business goals.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (In-Hospital and Virtual Pharmacy).
  • Conduct tests and experiments to optimize campaign effectiveness and increase client compliance in key areas.
  • Manage, track, and forecast vendor marketing budgets for MVP utilization (Marketing and Education support funds).
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and technology.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw summarized conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms, home delivery platforms and exposure to Veterinary PIMs systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
  • 2+ years of experience in Animal Health

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
