What we are looking for:

The Partner Marketing Manager will be a key player in shaping the success of our partnerships. In this dynamic role, you will assist in developing compelling marketing programs to raise awareness, drive new pipeline generation, and accelerate existing opportunities while assisting in overall expansion efforts across our growing ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with our talented channels and alliance teams and cross-functional marketing experts to define joint awareness and demand generation initiatives that effectively communicate the value proposition of IntelePeer through partners to customers and prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our channel and alliance sales team to understand business goals and help create and execute marketing strategies aligned with company and partner objectives
  • Develop impactful, scalable, multi-channel campaigns to support deal registrations, create pipeline, accelerate bookings and grow partner recruitment that partners can utilize in an integrated approach to meet joint goals and objectives
  • Evaluate, create and leverage content including digital assets, articles, blog posts, case studies, newsletters, videos, infographics, flyers, landing pages, and social media posts to engage partners and drive key messages.
  • ‘Partnerize’ existing IntelePeer demand gen campaigns and adapt them for effective co-marketing with partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop co-branded marketing materials, content, and campaigns to support a unique joint value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as the Channel Sales/Ops/Enablement, Demand Generation, Product Marketing and the broader marketing organization to identify content opportunities, offers and incentives that power campaigns, programs and events and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
  • Many multiple channel events at once including registration lists, invitations, swag needs, etc.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns within Marketo
  • Monitor and analyze the performance, including engagement, conversion rates and ROI, of campaigns, programs, events and activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to drive engagement and achieve goals
  • Cultivate brand advocates among our partners by providing them with valuable assets/resources, support, and opportunities for collaboration by leveraging IntelePeer brand message and value proposition
  • Contribute and support overall channel marketing efforts with ideas, innovations and creativity as part of providing value to the extended global channel marketing team
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in channel marketing to enhance our strategies and tactics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or demand generation roles with expertise in developing and managing successful programs.
  • Ability to collaborate with our partners’ marketing teams, coordinate and execute co-marketing plans, and assess effectiveness.
  • Broad marketing knowledge and skills in lead generation and events.
  • Experience working with Marketing and Sales teams to develop content and collateral such as one-pagers, webpages, enablement materials, sales decks, newsletters, etc.
  • Strong project management skills with cross-functional departments and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with members across all levels of leadership.
  • Proven track record of building successful, trusted partnerships and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-starter and quick learner; demonstrated independence and autonomy in a high-performing work environment.
  • Data-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting, crafting metrics-driven programs.
  • Ability to work with differing priorities, multiple projects and virtual teams and partners.
  • Experience in working within Salesforce and Marketo
  • 10-20% travel

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years in B2B enterprise software.
  • 2+ years in B2B partner marketing, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS
