As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing marketing strategies, positioning, and demand generation activities in collaboration with our strategic partners.
Responsibilities:
- Understand buying cycles and define buyer personas for Identity Security in the Strategic and Enterprise segments.
- Craft compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning tailored to address buyer needs and stimulate engagement with strategic partners.
- Develop joint marketing campaigns (content, thought leadership, demand activations) with each partner, targeting key industries and markets to generate sales team opportunities and pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with SailPoint Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Campaigns to develop scalable marketing initiatives that enhance awareness and demand for SailPoint.
- Act as an evangelist at tradeshows, industry events, and conferences, engaging with market influencers, industry analysts, prospects, and customers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience on high-performing marketing teams, with a focus on channel and/or Strategic Alliance Partners.
- Ability to establish a partnership Marketing Strategy, including value proposition creation, communications, use case identification, targeting, and content for integrated joint demand generation globally.
- Proven ability to take projects from concept to execution, with a bias for action against multiple deadlines.
- Experience in successfully multitasking various critical priorities and stakeholders.
- Skilled in influencing and working across cross-functional teams, managing peer-to-peer relationships with strategic partners.
- Strong project/program management skills, with a track record of managing end-to-end development of strategic campaigns and initiatives.
- Comfortable operating within a global scope, understanding local nuances while driving strategic priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in enterprise security software/SaaS and Marketplace is preferred.
Education: MBA or equivalent preferred; BA/BS required.
Travel: This position requires approximately 10% travel.
Reporting Structure: This position reports to the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing within the SailPoint Marketing organization.
