Job Summary

The role of the Partner Marketing Manager is paramount to the success of Hawke Media as a whole. As the bridge between our partnerships, marketing, and business development teams, the Partner Marketing Manager is key in developing new revenue-generating strategies by working with internal and external teams to create, manage, and improve existing partnerships and processes. This role will report to the EVP, Marketing and will serve as a main point of contact for all internal channels and prospective partners.

Responsibilities

  • Generate referrals and new business leads for Hawke Media from new and existing agency partners and referral partners.
  • Create mutually beneficial co-marketing strategies that leverage both partner and Hawke Media channels, providing joint value.
  • Own, develop, and approve all partnership messaging, creative, and content to ensure Hawke Media is best represented through partner channels.
  • Work with internal and external services and creative teams to develop brand-right marketing materials.
  • Manage partnership operations with cross-functional teams to create, manage, and improve upon processes.
  • Continuously measure, report on, and improve partner marketing opportunities and operational processes.
  • Serve as point-of-contact for all channels (press, media, events, owned channels, social, etc) and internal teams.
  • Seek out new and innovative marketing levers that drive Partnerships KPIs.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders from both Hawke Media and its partners; embody Hawke’s brand values and culture as an ambassador.
  • Develop and write internal and external partnership desks and documents.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new agency partners and drive new business leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years experience in partnerships
  • Ability to foster professional relationships and liaise with internal and external partners
  • Strong marketing, branding, writing, and editing skills
  • Previous experience using HubSpot or a CRM
  • Experience with PartnerStack and PartnerPage a plus
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional organization and demonstrate leadership skills
  • Experience learning and navigating within a high-growth and fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and the dynamic environment that comes with working at a high-growth agency
