Job Description
The Partnership Marketing Manager connects the Rally House brand with local communities and key external partners through strategic marketing partnerships and scholarship initiatives. This team member possesses a strong understanding of the Rally House brand, a passion for sports retail, and a clear sense of our target market. The Partnership Marketing Manager will make decisions rooted in brand alignment and community impact to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities
Local Connections
- Develop and manage partnership opportunities, reviewing requests with brand alignment and marketing impact as key decision-making criteria
- Collaborate with store teams to support in-store partnerships and grassroots marketing efforts
- Identify locally rooted opportunities that drive brand visibility and deepen customer connection
- Provide innovative marketing solutions to maximize community engagement opportunities in alignment with the Rally House brand
- Represent Rally House externally with confidence and brand enthusiasm
- Track and manage budgets and partnership activities
- Communicate internally across teams to ensure visibility and alignment of all external partnerships and event support
Scholarship Program
- Manage the Rally House scholarship program
- Build partnerships with high schools, universities, and nonprofit organizations to promote the program, targeting the Rally House demographic
- Oversee content creation and marketing campaigns to raise awareness through social, email, digital, and print channels
- Analyze performance and engagement metrics to refine and optimize campaigns
- Report regularly to leadership on program milestones, performance, and opportunities
Skills And Knowledge
Confident public speaker and storyteller with a strategic, creative approach to marketing and engagement, Demonstrated passion for creating positive social impact through marketing and community partnerships, Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently, Experienced in managing budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously, Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software – NetSuite experience preferred, Passion for sports and retail, Proven ability to build effective teams and foster cross-functional collaboration, Superior communication skills both written and verbal, that communicate clear, effective messages, Understands brand-aligned marketing and audience engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field; 5+ years of experience in partnership marketing, public relations, community engagement, or nonprofit work; Experience with philanthropic programs or scholarship management preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for standard office work; comfortable lifting up to 15 pounds (e.g., marketing materials or event supplies); willingness to travel occasionally for events, meetings, or community outreach; able to communicate clearly in person, over video, phone, and email.
Travel Requirements: Up to 25%, including local partner visits, outreach events, and university/community meetings.
