Core Responsibilities
- Assist in developing public relations and marketing collateral including press materials, campaign overviews and reporting/evaluation documents.
- Help prepare for core meetings, including agenda creation, minutes and assigning actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and reporters.
- Help with coordinating and completing PR events, conferences, and campaign/product launches, ensuring smooth logistics and maximum brand exposure.
- Assist our agency with the coordination of press releases, key imagery and media interviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather vital information on key campaigns to share back to the team.
- Help handle product seeding.
- Maintain our internal knowledge management application, updating key files via our distributed team when necessary.
- Centrally run marketing awards submissions/review.
Play your part in our team succeeding
Coordinate media relations and marketing materials for the US, including collaborating with agencies to distribute press materials and contacting media for opportunities. Within this role you’ll also help us with our events activations, including supporting the creative process, helping at events and supporting with logistics.

Do you have what it takes?
- An understanding of PR and working with the media/journalists.
- Experience in event production and / on-site execution and management.
- A highly organized individual with great communication skills.
- An ability to thrive in a fast paced environment where 5-6 campaigns are activating at any one time.
- A can-do attitude and desire to take on a variety of responsibilities.
- A willingness to help with some of the vital but considered more mundane tasks (for example, filing, product seeding management, etc) whilst understanding the trade off for also being involved in the more exciting areas such as product launches, event execution etc.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $66,000 – $99,000 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
