Role and Responsibilities:

As the Product Manager / Senior Product Manager – HCP Marketing, your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and driving the launch readiness plan.
  • Continuing market research to build a robust situation analysis.
  • Developing the brand strategy based on the right insights.
  • Creating a well-thought-out tactical plan, including personal promotion, non-personal promotion (e.g., speakers’ bureau), and multichannel/omnichannel promotion.
  • Leading Medical Education activities, engaging with KOLs, and facilitating advisory boards.
  • Collaborating with Sales Operations to define the call plan.
  • Assisting in the development of sales training.
  • Managing partner agency relationships and budgets.
  • Collaborating with analytics on the performance of the brand and marketing programs.
  • Interfacing with sales and sales leadership as key internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all marketing materials.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus.
  • At least 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience in product marketing, or at least 3 years in product marketing and 2 years in a related function (e.g., sales, analytics). HCP promotion experience required.
  • Rheumatology/gout experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.

Position Details: This position reports to the Head of Marketing and involves collaboration with cross-functional team members, including field sales. Open to remote candidates.
