The Role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead Podium’s go-to-market product release and content development efforts, across Podium’s verticals of focus (e.g. Auto, Home Services, Medspa). This is a high-visibility, high-impact, high accountability for someone eager to operate like a “GM” and be a critical driver of Podium achieving our revenue generation goals.
You’ll own go to market release strategy, launch execution, enablement, content generation (utilizing AI) and ongoing adoption. You should be equally comfortable developing high-level positioning and strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to write web content and white papers, as you are coordinating cross functional launches, enabling the field, or executing campaigns directly where needed.
This role is for someone who can turn customer insight into strategy, and strategy into content that drives revenue. You love driving coordination across stakeholders, defining positioning, and executing initiatives with urgency and ownership to get things done.
Key Responsibilities
Launch & GTM Strategy
- Build and own launch prep and coordination for your vertical: map milestones, assign tasks to product/marketing/sales, and hold owners accountable.
- Define positioning, messaging, and high-level selling strategy.
- Package the full “bill of goods” (sales decks, objection handling docs, demo scripts, FAQs, one-pagers) and deliver to Sales & CX ahead of launch.
- Draft launch materials, including email campaigns, sales talk tracks, website copy, and landing pages in service of accelerating sales for our GTM teams
- Partner with demand gen and events teams to activate launches at tradeshows, VMM campaigns, and webinars.
- Own website updates to keep product pages and positioning current with the latest launches
- Set KPIs and track performance weekly. Define clear success metrics for launches and campaigns (pipeline created, adoption, asset usage).
- Maintain a vertical launch calendar and content tracker to ensure visibility across marketing, product, and sales, report out on it weekly.
Content & Insights
- Write high-impact assets: thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, award submissions, and speaking abstracts, marketing collateral (webinars, trade show decks, one-pagers) for launches & broader marketing efforts
- Own customer case study pipeline (use AI to automate) from sourcing to packaging for sales, PR, and marketing and identify other channels where we could leverage this content (social) .
- Generate vertical-specific marketing claims and proof points from Podium’s internal data (e.g., “X% revenue lift for Auto dealers using AI scheduling”).
- Build and update a vertical messaging framework, competitive angles, top proof points, customer stories and distribute to customer facing teams
- Ensure all communications are anchored in credible data and differentiated value props. Provide feedback and learnings to product teams to influence the roadmap
- Act as the “voice of the customer” by running weekly 1:1 customer interviews for insights
- Make content dynamic, not static. Maintain a library of reusable GPT prompts, templates, and content machines for dynamic marketing content.
- Identify new opportunities for AI to remove friction (e.g., marketing insights bots, personalized email generators, sales assistant GPTs).
What You Bring
- 4-6 years in product marketing, product management, enablement, enablement, GTM product product strategy, or consulting (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Proven ability to own launches end-to-end: defining positioning, creating launch materials, managing cross-functional workplans, and driving adoption.
- High visibility, high ownership operator — equally comfortable shaping strategy as you are executing campaigns, building content, and enabling the field.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills; able to bring clarity to chaos, align stakeholders, and present confidently to senior leadership as well.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills: capable of producing decks, one-pagers, customer stories, and thought leadership content that resonate and convert.
- Customer first mindset: demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into differentiated narratives and validate positioning with data, interviews, and feedback.
- Familiarity with AI workflows (prompting, testing, iterating) and eagerness to experiment with new tools to scale marketing impact.
- A bias for action, urgency, and results, thriving in ambiguity while consistently delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Operate like a founder: you’re equally comfortable doing positioning / messaging to diving in and building content; launching campaigns
- AI-first mentality; you are obsessive about automating campaigns, driving increased personalization with AI, and managing a team of agents to get more done.
