Job Description:

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing and Technical Marketing expert to drive SiFive’s strategy, content, and campaigns for our Performance and Intelligence IP Families. This influential role is critical in shaping SiFive’s market position and in creating content that resonates with both technical and business audiences. The ideal candidate brings both technical understanding and marketing creativity, distilling complex details into impactful content for diverse audiences, including customers, industry press, and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a marketing strategy that strengthens SiFive’s leadership in high-performance CPU IP and AI acceleration IP.
• Create and execute a robust marketing roadmap that builds and sustains SiFive’s leadership presence in the market.
• Establish a comprehensive content library for products within the Performance and Intelligence Families, enhancing brand and product awareness.
• Present at industry conferences and engagements with customers and partners to advocate for SiFive’s products and solutions.
• Collaborate with product management to refine launch strategies, product naming, and sales training materials.
• Craft high-impact product messaging and launch content that sets industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15 years in product marketing, technical marketing, or related roles.
• Proven expertise in high-performance CPU or AI product marketing and technical content creation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful, high-quality marketing content and campaigns.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills.
• Team player with a track record of successful cross-functional and partner collaboration.

Nice to haves:

• Technical experience in hardware or software.
• Familiarity with RISC-V, ARM, or the semiconductor industry.

Pay & Benefits

Consistent with SiFive values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline, and our compensation range reflects the cost of labor in the U.S. geographic market based on the location of the role. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant work experience.

For candidates who receive and offer, the starting salary will vary based on various factors including, but not limited to, such qualifications as, skill level, competencies, and work location. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee.

Base Pay Range

$209,250.00-$255,750.00

In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for variable/ incentive compensation and/ or equity. In addition, this role is eligible for a comprehensive, competitive benefits package which may include healthcare and retirement plans, paid time off, and more!
