The Product Marketing team is a rapidly growing, collaborative, and fast-paced team that is trusted by leadership and stakeholders across the company to develop and execute strategies that deliver customer value and drive long-term growth. Our product marketing organization consists of highly driven, passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds and perspectives who value curiosity, equity & inclusion, and a partnership mindset to identify and solve problems.


As the Director of Product Marketing – Partner & Channel, you will play a critical role in the strategy and shape of our security business. You will articulate a clear, consistent, and creative value proposition to our channel and partners, ensuring enablement across our market-leading products and solutions. This will entail leading workstreams across product management, marketing, sales, demand generation, communications, and customer success to define and execute this strategy. This role will require operational knowledge across most SentinelOne products and offerings. As such, you will be asked to represent and enable where necessary and also drive focus in critical areas including government, industry verticals, and solution-based marketing.

What will you do?

  • Develop compelling messaging, product literature, websites, competitive positioning, customer and event presentations centered around our partners, channels, and industry verticals.
  • Develop, gather and disseminate technical information internally and externally.
  • Deliver content, assets and tools including blog posts, whitepapers, presentations, demos, videos, social assets, webinars, ROI tools and other market-facing materials.
  • Identify thought leaders and topics – including research, information gathering, technical investigation, testing and publishing.
  • Work closely across marketing teams to support demand gen and awareness campaigns.
  • Enable the sales, SE and partner/channel organizations on SentinelOne capabilities and positioning. Be the voice of the product in enablement and training where required.
  • Understand sales/channel requirements and communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the products.
  • Regularly evaluate competitive capabilities and technologies to understand features, pricing, positioning,and packaging.
  • Serve as a thought leader as needed with a variety of audiences including customers, analysts, field and partner teams driving a deeper understanding of the SentinelOne value proposition and our differentiation.
  • Work closely with product management, sales and executives to develop & influence product strategy, GTM strategy.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Curiosity, the ability to ask questions, and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Big passion for cyber-security, technology, and for creating high-impact marketing materials and campaigns. Well-versed in go-to-market strategies and product marketing.
  • Familiar with security solutions and market segments, direct security experience is a big plus!
  • Business or Technical postgraduate degree.
  • Strong written, verbal, editing and presentation skills. Highly collaborative with a deep sense of ownership and accountability. Easily builds business partnerships and inspires team members.
  • Team player that can operate without close supervision, including working in remote locations. Conduct detailed reporting of timelines and tasks progress and completion.
  • Some travel required.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range – $180,000—$248,000 USD
