In the role of Product Marketing Director – ComplianceAlpha, you will be responsible for development and execution of marketing strategies for ACA’s ComplianceAlpha® product and assist with executing on the vision of the ComplianceAlpha brand.

 

You will work closely with the ComplianceAlpha Business Unit marketing, product owners, customer success, and business development teams on promotion and communication plans. You may also oversee members of the marketing team, manage ACA’s daily marketing operational activities as well as participate in strategic corporate initiatives and projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct thorough research on the competitive landscape, build, and manage agile plans for reaching new buyers and existing clients
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, product managers, customer success, and business development teams to develop marketing plans and strategies that support ComplianceAlpha’s commercial goals
  • Understand customer personas to drive product messaging and enhance brand visibility to increase subscription/revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute demand generation tactics for promoting the ComplianceAlpha product and technology offerings to the right buyers and influencers through website, campaigns, digital marketing, public relations, SEO, events, and webinars
  • Supervise, train, evaluate, oversee, and provide feedback to junior colleagues
  • Manage marketing plans for the ComplianceAlpha products in close alignment with its annual release roadmap and develop KPIs and reports for analyzing results
  • Write and develop marketing materials, presentations, infographics, and thought leadership pieces to best position ACA’s products and services
  • Partner with ACA’s Events Team to develop event marketing strategies for promoting conferences, webcasts, and regional meetings
  • Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives
  • Willing to travel – up to 25 percent

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required – major or concentration in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, Marketing, and/or Communications preferred
  • Eight years’ experience working in a marketing role with extensive experience in financial technology product marketing
  • Experience in marketing platform technology including Adobe Creative Suite, Pardot, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, On24, Microsoft Teams, Cvent, SalesLoft, Survey Monkey, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Experience in B2B marketing for technology and professional services firms preferred
