Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to effectively introduce new products and features to the market.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to identify target audiences and position product features and benefits effectively.
  • Craft compelling product messaging that communicates the unique value proposition to customers and sets us apart from competitors.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities, influencing product development and marketing strategies.
  • Work alongside the sales team to create sales tools, training materials, and go-to-market plans to facilitate product launches and ongoing sales efforts.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive deeper product adoption and usage.
  • Partner with content marketing to produce content aligning with the product marketing strategy, including blog posts, case studies, and product videos.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adapt and refine product marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Develop a comprehensive lifecycle program encompassing the entire customer journey, integrating upsell and cross-sell strategies.

Requirements:

  • Passion for contributing to the growth of an early-stage, high-growth company.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant product marketing experience (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and exceptional communication skills to effectively convey product knowledge.
  • A commitment to excellence in one’s craft.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish, French, or other languages is advantageous but not mandatory.
