About The Role:

 

The purpose of the Product Marketing Manager is to support go-to-market strategies and be our expert on our market, buyers, products and competitors.

 

This role will be directly responsible for establishing a thorough understanding of our ideal customers and key competitors, developing messaging and creating collateral, supporting the sales organization, and managing go-to-market strategies for product launches.

You Will:

  • Proactively drive adoption, net retention, and expansion revenue
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to handle onboarding, training, and renewals, and work with Solutions Teams to ensure integration and website changes align with customer goals
  • Develop relationships with clients and facilitate communication between customers and internal teams
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategize with clients to meet their evolving needs
  • Provide personalized onboarding and training for new customers
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions
  • Encourage satisfied clients to provide testimonials, case studies, or referrals that can be used to demonstrate our value and attract new clients
  • Collaborate with Product teams to share customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve overall customer success

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing role (ideally in a B2B SaaS organization)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong story teller
  • Highly-collaborative and enjoys working with and support a revenue team with collateral and training materials
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Ability to translate product features into messaging and position to write and build materials
  • Agile Project Management: Takes an agile approach to project management and execution, focusing on faster, iterative cycles to deliver on-time

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in B2B PropTech industries, Real Estate or SaaS backgrounds a strong plus
  • Familiarity with project management tools strongly preferred (i.e. Asana, Click-up, etc…)
