As a Product Marketing Manager focused on the technology vertical, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the GTM evolution of our solutions portfolio. Your strategic mindset will be instrumental in delivering seamless experiences for all your stakeholders across the commercial spectrum. Your primary mission is to enable commercial success for your assigned products. This leader will be pivotal in developing the product marketing strategy, messaging, and positioning for our technology portfolio products, while closely collaborating with and supporting other marketing functions to drive successful go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product marketing within the Technology sector, demonstrating an ability to lead strategically and foster collaboration across various teams
Key Responsibilities:
Translating Product Strategy and Roadmap into GTM action
- Translate the overall product strategy and roadmap into a clear value proposition, articulating the unique benefits and advantages of TELUS International solutions by both product area and customer segment across digital experiences.
- Work closely with product management and strategy teams to align marketing strategies with the evolving product landscape, ensuring a cohesive narrative that resonates with target audiences.
- Conduct market analysis to inform product strategy and competitive positioning.
Development of Customer-Centric Positioning
- Drive the development and communication of compelling, customer-centric positioning and messaging strategies tailored to the unique needs of target industries.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate complex product features across products, applications and solutions into clear, customer-centric benefits for customer segments.
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Lead the creation of compelling content that supports GTM strategies to articulate the value proposition and differentiators of the products to the target audience.
- Work to create and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring consistency across communication channels and addressing the specific requirements of target industries.
- Work closely with sales teams to enable their success through impactful sales collateral, training materials, and competitive intelligence tailored to each segment.
- Act as a bridge between the product marketing team and other marketing functions, such as corporate marketing, analyst relations, industry and digital marketing, and ensure product marketing is supporting them in rolling out marketing and broader GTM initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven leadership in product marketing, preferably in the technology sector with 5 – 7 years of experience
- Strong background in technology and cloud, understanding its challenges and opportunities.
- Strong technical background to effectively bridge the gap between product marketing and product management.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
Base Salary: US$92,000 – $115,000
