FitXR is a fitness technology company working at the cutting edge of VR and MR, building a movement for movement.
We started life in 2016 in a garden shed in the UK. Today, we’re building FitXR, one of the top-downloaded apps on the Meta Quest store. We’ve raised close to $30m from top investors such as Maveron, Hiro, and BoostVC.
We’ve built a growing range of fitness studios, from box workouts with world-class trainers like Olympian Nicola Adams to immersive Zumba dance classes. While nothing compares to trying it yourself, you can watch a trailer here.

FitXR is available on Meta Quest 2 & 3 and has been downloaded by over a million people worldwide and featured in Forbes, Empire, T3, Washington Post, Men’s Health, GQ and more. In 2022, FitXR ranked 6th in The Information’s 50 Most Promising Startups.

We are on the hunt for a talented Product Marketing Manager with strong storytelling skills to enhance our product’s user engagement. This pivotal role involves creating compelling narratives for our products and driving the adoption of new features. Your work will directly contribute to the continuous growth and success of FitXR.

Where You’ll Spend Your Time

- Collaborating with our Design, Engineering, and Content teams to orchestrate the launch of new features. Your creativity and strategic prowess will ensure that each launch resonates deeply with our diverse audience, sparking intrigue and enthusiasm at every turn.
- Striking the perfect balance between delivering top-notch quality and executing with speed, ensuring that our messaging hits all the right notes at precisely the right times.
- From sleek design updates to compelling content creation, you’ll work to ensure that our website serves as a dynamic showcase of our products, captivating and engaging our user base with every click
We’d Love to See from You
- You have 2-5 years of experience as a Product Marketer for a consumer-facing company is highly valued, especially if you have a genuine enthusiasm for fitness. Your passion for fitness will drive our collective mission to revolutionise the fitness technology landscape and make a lasting impact.
- You’re a wordsmith extraordinaire, someone who can wield language with finesse to captivate hearts and minds. Your ability to craft clear, compelling messages and story telling to new and existing customers will be the secret sauce that sets us apart from the competition.
- You are data-obsessed and love diving deep into quantitative and qualitative data to uncover insights that drive marketing strategies. Your proficiency in leveraging data will be the compass that guides our marketing efforts, ensuring we stay on course toward success.
- You’re energised by the challenge of a fast-paced environment and are able to adapt quickly and turn obstacles into opportunities.

Logistics 🛠
Our interview process takes place on Google Hangouts and tends to consist of the following stages:
- Initial screen with the talent team
- Hiring Manager / technical interview
- Task stage
- Cultural chat
- Founder / Exec Interview
Some roles will have extra stages but we’ll let you know as early as possible if so.
