We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead our product positioning, go-to-market, and sales enablement efforts. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales-helping Radix tell a compelling story in the market, empowering our sales team, and ensuring our brand and products stand out.
Your Impact
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll define how Radix products are understood in the market, both by customers and competitors. You’ll bring together market intelligence, customer insights, and product expertise to shape messaging, create compelling content, and fuel growth.
You’ll also play a key role in positioning Radix’s AI-driven analytics-helping customers and the market understand how our predictive insights, automation, and intelligence create measurable impact. By translating technical details into clear business benefits, you’ll ensure Radix leads with confidence and clarity as AI reshapes the multifamily industry.

- Clear Market Positioning – Define and refine Radix’s product messaging so our differentiation is clear and compelling.
- Go-to-Market Execution – Drive launches and campaigns that increase awareness, accelerate consideration, and drive adoption.
- AI-Enabled Storytelling – Translate Radix’s AI-driven analytics into narratives that highlight customer value and industry leadership.
- Sales Enablement – Equip the sales team with the tools, training, and confidence to deliver Radix’s value proposition consistently.
- Content that Converts – Create external-facing content (slide decks, briefs, blogs, multimedia, reference architectures) that drives engagement and trust.
- Market & Customer Insights – Translate trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into strategies that influence product direction.
- Performance Measurement – Track KPIs, evaluate impact, and continuously improve messaging, campaigns, and enablement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Dive deep into Radix’s products, features, and value proposition-and translate them into benefits that resonate with customers.
- Craft compelling product narratives for campaigns, marketing channels, and sales conversations.
- Lead product launches and drive go-to-market execution for both new and existing customers.
- Develop external-facing content-slide decks, briefs, blogs, papers, multimedia, and more-aligned to campaigns, sales needs, and competitive threats.
- Partner with Sales to prepare and deliver training, sales kick-off sessions, and enablement materials.
- Create and execute outbound marketing initiatives that expand awareness and generate demand.
- Monitor KPIs, evaluate business performance, and deliver insights from customers and prospects back into Product and Sales.
Experience
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market strategy (preferably in SaaS or B2B environments).
- Proven track record of creating compelling product messaging and successful go-to-market campaigns.
- Experience supporting and enabling high-performing sales teams.
Skills
- Strong ability to translate technical details into business benefits and customer value.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills across multiple mediums.
- Skilled in developing engaging presentations, training, and marketing collateral.
- Strong analytical skills to measure performance, monitor KPIs, and deliver insights.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or data-driven product spaces.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to communicate their business impact to different audiences.
- Experience using AI-driven marketing or analytics tools for campaign optimization, personalization, or competitive intelligence.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
