We are seeking an experienced marketer to join our fast-growing team at Venn Technology – recently named to the Inc. 5000 list for the 3rd straight year. In this role, you will drive marketing strategy and execution for our suite of ERP-integration and CRM services catering to SMBs and nonprofits.

 

You will promote our automated solutions that provide pre-built connections between ERP software and other best of breed apps like Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce and more. Our rapidly expanding client base of hundreds of organizations leverage Venn to unite disjointed systems, eliminating tedious manual processes so teams can get back to what they’re best at.

 

This newly created position will collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate product campaigns targeted to IT/Finance executives and nonprofit decision makers. You will have the opportunity to showcase how Venn’s products increase efficiency and unlock insights for customers like Lectric, Orion Companies and the American Marketing Association.

 

We are looking for a creative, metrics-driven marketer to develop campaigns that mirror our own internal culture of innovation. Much like our quarterly Hackathon Days, you’ll help drive more automation – creating thinking that moves our business and clients forward faster.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to deeply understand buyer needs, pain points, and journey to inform positioning and messaging
  • Manage client/partner research initiatives through surveys, interviews, focus groups and synthesize findings into key insights
  • Monitor voice of customer across support interactions, reviews, and broader signals to surface unmet needs
  • Map and iterate on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on product/service fit and highest propensity to buy
  • Coordinate and collaborate cross-functionally with teams to execute go-to-market plans (GTM) for launching new products and features
  • Create and manage lead nurturing programs to generate highly qualified net-new sales opportunities
  • Create compelling value propositions tailored to priority buyer segments
  • Promote products through content, campaigns, and all marketing channels
  • Produce battlecards, presentations, videos, and sales enablement materials
  • Organize events promoting products and services such as webinars, regional events, and conferences
  • Contribute to overall company marketing strategy and planning
  • Manage marketing analytics and reporting
  • Assist with company-level marketing campaigns and demand generation
  • Analyze program performance and provide optimization recommendations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years executing data-driven B2B marketing strategies and product launches
  • Experience developing and iterating Ideal Customer Profiles
  • Managing customer research initiatives to uncover buyer insights
  • Monitoring voice of customer through analytics and active listening
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Successful track record coordinating product messaging, content, and GTM
  • Proficient in marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot Marketing Hub, HubSpot Sales Hub preferred)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
