We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Exabeam (a market-leading Security Information and Event Management-SIEM provider). This role will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy, driving customer adoption, and positioning our solutions effectively in the cybersecurity space. You will work cross-functionally with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure that our products are positioned to address market needs, competitive landscapes, and our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with target customers (CISOs, Security Operations Leaders) and address their pain points.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform positioning, campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver high-impact sales tools, collateral, and training materials to empower sales teams to effectively sell Exabeam solutions.
- Customer Insights: Engage with customers and security professionals to gather feedback, identify trends, and ensure that marketing aligns with customer needs.
- Content Development: Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to produce high-quality marketing assets (white papers, case studies, presentations, webinars, etc.) that support marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
- Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally, presenting at conferences, events, webinars, and through digital channels to articulate our value in the SIEM space.
- Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with the product management team to understand upcoming features and ensure effective communication of product roadmaps and launches.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of marketing strategies using data and analytics to iterate and optimize results.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product marketing within the cybersecurity, SaaS, or, ideally, in the SIEM space.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of security operations, cybersecurity tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR), and the needs of IT/security professionals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
- Sales Enablement: Experience creating effective sales tools and training to support go-to-market efforts.
- Presentation Skills: Confident in presenting to both internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executive teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $150,000 – $175,000 annually depending on location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
