- At Salesloft, Product Marketing Managers are essential to driving customer adoption, enabling internal teams, and helping bring our innovations to life in the market. In this role, you’ll be part of a high-performing product marketing team that works closely with product, sales, customer success, and other key stakeholders to connect our product value to customer outcomes.
- You’ll focus on translating product capabilities into compelling messaging, helping bring new features and products to market, and enabling our internal teams to succeed.
Responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Manager at Salesloft, you will:
- Help define product positioning and messaging grounded in customer needs, product value, and market trends.
- Support go-to-market efforts for new product launches in partnership with product management, marketing, and enablement teams.
- Develop and maintain sales and customer-facing collateral (e.g., one-pagers, pitch decks, product overviews) to drive effective conversations across the buyer journey.
- Collaborate with product managers to deeply understand roadmap priorities, use cases, and target audiences.
- Partner with sales enablement to deliver training and content that helps revenue teams understand and communicate our product differentiation.
- Monitor adoption trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement with our platform.
- Support research on competitive offerings and market dynamics to inform messaging and positioning.
- Assist in gathering and sharing customer insights that inform product strategy and marketing programs.

SKILL SET
- – 2–3 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, sales enablement, or related marketing roles in a B2B SaaS company.
- – Experience supporting product launches or campaign execution.
- – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating content for different audiences.
- – Highly collaborative with the ability to work across teams and prioritize competing projects.
- – Strong research and analytical thinking to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
- – Familiarity with sales or marketing technology is a plus.
- – Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:
- Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique.
- Join our 3-week Sales Bootcamp, where you will learn our software and all the skills necessary to set you up for success, allowing you to make an impact in the market quickly.
- Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team, and delve into your territory.
- Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them.
- Meet key partners in product management, sales, customer success and the other marketing departments.
- Become demo certified.
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Understand your product ‘surface areas’ deeply and build strong relationships with your product manager counterparts
- Understand the Sales Engagement market and players
- Complete an audit of your product areas existing assets (sales tools, collateral, differentiation guides, sales training, previous launch materials, etc.)
- Put together a prioritized plan to create and update product assets
- Partner with your Product Marketing counterparts on 6-week launch cadences to roll-out new and enhanced capabilities to our internal and external audiences
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Be viewed as a subject matter expert on our market and your product ‘surface areas’
- Regularly get pulled into sales cycles or sales conversations by our sales and CS team to help position our new and enhanced capabilities
- Have developed a systematic approach to looking at our offerings, where the market is going and partnering with other functions – PM, Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success – to help prioritize future roadmap for your product ‘surface areas’.
- Get pulled into a strategic marketing or company level project
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Be considered a top-performing member of the product marketing team
- Set an example for new marketers and product marketers and assist in training, onboarding and motivating new Lofters
