About the Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement & Content to help drive the success of our go-to-market initiatives. This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environment while owning projects end-to-end, from building enablement resources and content to running training programs and analyzing impact.


In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, product managers, and sales teams to create compelling content, tools, and programs that empower our customer-facing teams. You’ll help bridge the gap between product and sales, ensuring that our value is clearly articulated to prospects and customers.

This is a highly cross-functional and customer-oriented role where you’ll be expected to master tactical execution, bring curiosity and problem-solving to complex challenges, and build processes that scale. You’ll be supported with direction from your manager (Head of Marketing) but trusted with the autonomy to prioritize, deliver, and improve how we tell our story in the market.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and deliver sales enablement resources (e.g., decks, battlecards, product one-pagers, competitive comparisons, training) that empower our GTM teams to win deals
  • Create external-facing content (e.g., case studies, blog posts, data sheets, infographics, videos, website copy) that supports campaigns and sales conversations across the funnel
  • Experiment and help build our AI toolbox to improve the efficiency, creativity, and scalability of content development
  • Conduct market and competitive research and distill insights that sharpen our positioning
  • Build and maintain internal content hubs to keep sales collateral and messaging up-to-date and accessible
  • Use data and insights to evaluate enablement effectiveness and refine programs to drive adoption and impact

Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or content development, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Excellent writing and editing skills; Experience using AI to accelerate content creation is a must
  • Highly organized and proactive, able to balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and trade-offs, and recommend solutions
  • Experience launching new features/products to market with clear, measurable impact
  • Strong communication skills — able to facilitate discussions, share insights clearly, and respect differing viewpoints
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
