Your Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist for our Electrification – ELDS Business Line in the Local Division based in Dalmine (BG), who will perform a 12 months job rotation in the Product Marketing teams of Medium Voltage Switchgears and Grid Components.
You will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.
This role is contributing to the Electrification, Distribution Solutions, Switchgear and Grid Components Product Marketing Specialist.
- Work model:
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
- Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
- Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.
- Focusing on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups.
- Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market.
Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering; Energy, Electrical and Industrial are preferred;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with a strong ability to work in Team
- Advanced knowledge of Office, Excel in particular;
- Willingness to travel
- Problem solving, willingness to work in a multicultural team and motivation will complete your profile;
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
