The Project Coordinator works within the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, and Hard Rock Stadium marketing teams to manage the workflow for internal business units and external third parties. An ideal candidate has project management experience and is passionately committed to ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and quality within the Content & Marketing departments.

Location:

  • This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing workflow for Miami Open and Hard Rock Stadium, and assist with Miami Dolphins workflow
  • Work in concert with the creative, content, and digital marketing teams in determining project priority and identifying team members best equipped for specific projects
  • Manage the process, execution, and delivery of creative and production projects as assigned by the Sr. Manager, Project Management
  • Aid in the advancement of the PM software, Wrike, by providing creative solutions as roadblocks appear
  • Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external, across all business units
  • Provide regular status updates to Sr. Manager, Project Management on schedules, resources, risks, and dependencies
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with external suppliers and vendors; negotiate and handle competitive bidding
  • Manage the workflow of external freelance employees
  • Meet the goals and requirements of project briefs, with minimal revisions

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of project management experience; thrives managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent oral and written communicator with great interpersonal skills; able to forge trusting relationships within a diverse team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient; navigate rapidly evolving situations while maintaining a professional composure
  • Hands-on experience working in a project management system (Wrike, a plus) to manage creative workflow
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure; anticipate and resolve problems preemptively
  • Desire to work within a fast-paced, dynamic company
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
  • Experience with vendor management is ideal
  • Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
