We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing initiatives. This role will oversee the project management lifecycle for all marketing jobs and serve as the primary administrator and process owner for our project management platform, Robohead. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every project is delivered on time, within scope, and with outstanding quality.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

  • Serve as the central point of contact for project requests, work intake, prioritization, task assignments, and status updates.
  • Ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resources across internal teams (Creative, Digital, Retail, Operations, and Merchandising)
  • Proactively identify and remove roadblocks, escalating issues where appropriate to keep projects on track.
  • Own and manage our Robohead project management platform — including configuration, workflow setup, naming conventions, user access, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Train and support marketing team members on best practices for Robohead usage and updates.
  • Develop templates, dashboards, and reporting within Robohead to increase clarity and efficiency across marketing workflows.
  • Lead regular project status meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders about progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver project performance summaries, metrics, and post-project analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Work alongside marketing leadership to align project priorities with broader business goals.

Essentials For Life In Paradise

  • 5-8 Years of experience in managing marketing projects, preferably within retail, consumer goods or lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrated expertise with project management tools (Robohead experience a plus) with an understanding of corporate workflow.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Organized, decisive, resourceful and flexible problem solver
  • Calm under pressure with ability to pivot and address changes to support business shifts
  • Experience improving project management processes or administering project tools at scale.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding project planning and management skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of the Tommy Bahama approach and image.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong eye for detail

Physical Essentials For Life In Paradise

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

Rate Range: $86,700.00 to $144,400.00 Annually
