As a Retail Media Product Marketing Specialist, you’ll manage and deliver multiple concurrent marketing projects from launch to completion. You’ll manage diverse teams to meet our team’s strategic media network goals.

We are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience leading digital marketing programs at an interactive or digital marketing agency

What is the work?

  • Manages multiple strategic projects across HRM business; collaborates with cross-functional teams to – Serves as business lead and owns end-to-end process for development and maintenance of all HRM ad products
  • Manages ad product roadmap, ad forecast, ad catalog and pricing strategies
  • Conducts competitive analysis and supplier research to size revenue opportunities
  • Analyzes internal and external data to evaluate, recommend and prioritize new ad products, enhancements to current offering, and new inventory sources
  • Works cross functionally to outline business requirements, facilitate development, prioritization, testing, process, rollout, reporting capabilities and ongoing iteration
  • Collaborates across HRM and supporting teams to develop and optimize processes and documentation
  • Oversees pilot strategies, ad product rollout plans and conducts A/B testing
  • Conducts ongoing analysis of ad product effectiveness and meets with stakeholders to determine and implement necessary improvements to process, pricing, etc.
  • Serves as main POC and facilitator with industry groups and partners as the subject matter expert in development of processes and workflow enhancements
  • Facilitates internal review schedule; ensures quality assurance; monitors / leads efforts to respond to lessons learned
  • Defines process for evaluating current technologies, roadmap development, and RFP process; drives continuous iteration
  • Collects / analyzes key business metrics to inform business strategy and prioritization
  • Provides oversight of go-to-market rollout plans

What is your background?

  • A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
  • Experience in client management, digital advertising, ad tech, media, marketing

Hard Skills:

  • Experience with programmatic and Measurement Ecosystem
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong communication skills

  • Competent in managing cross-functional relationships
  • Experience in retail media (preferred)
