Home with Dignity provides end-of-life care for dogs and cats across the United States. Our Veterinarians are end-of-life, comfort-oriented care experts and have unique expertise in end-of-life processes, which they provide in the comfort of our clients’ homes. Our support team consists of several Care Coordinators, and our HQ team includes our Operations Manager and Director of Operations. We are growing and therefore seeking a Revenue and Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Position: The Revenue and Marketing Specialist will play a key role in the growth of current and new markets by analyzing growth opportunities, tracking market performance and trends, market analysis, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. As a key player in our growing organization, you will use your financial knowledge to enhance efficiency, and contribute to our collaborative team culture.
Our Ideal Candidate has a background in finance or marketing, strong communication skills, collaborates well within a team, is data-driven, and possesses a compassionate and empathetic approach to end-of-life services.
Who You’ll Work With: The Revenue and Marketing Specialist will perform a cross-functional role within our network and work daily with the Director of Operations and Manager of Operations; within our parent company, CareVet, they will work closely with certain departments including the business development, marketing, accounting, and revenue.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, generate insights, and develop strategic recommendations
- Work closely with the Director of Operations to manage nationwide and market-specific profitability, encompassing financial reporting, budgeting, and monthly revenue forecasting for existing markets
- Analyze historical financial trends to inform strategic insights and future performance, and conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
- Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, including new market entry, cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments, and assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust spend and budgets as needed to optimize results
- Utilizing data analytics to track and optimize marketing campaign effectiveness
- Experimenting with innovative marketing tactics to drive revenue growth
Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in market research analysis, or related field
- Ability to develop actionable plans for revenue growth
- Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, positive and people-oriented attitude
- Skilled in analysis and strategic translation with a strong grasp of business fundamentals, including market dynamics and competitive positioning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel) is preferred
- MUST be located within the St. Louis Metro Area
