A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnership – Serve as a strategic partner, working with cross-functional counterparts such as Finance, Commercial Enablement, R &D, RGM, Supply Chain, and Sales to deliver against brand sales targets.
- Business Performance Tracking – Analyze business performance and marketing activations to generate actionable insights.
- Strategic Planning – Develop brand and innovation strategies for Kellanova by partnering with Brand Managers to analyze the business and shape annual plans for our diverse product portfolio.
- Consumer Insights – Collaborate with Insights & Analytics team members to conduct consumer research that informs growth opportunities and innovation initiatives.
- Build Brand Expertise – Lead the commercialization of ideas that support key business objectives, applying your project management skills to balance multiple initiatives with the support of your business partners.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies
- Experience with analytics, positioning, brand development, innovation and project leadership
- Brand marketing experience combined with marketing innovation
- Consumer Packaged Goods background
Compensation
The annual salary range is $101,600 – $133,350, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
