NEUTROGENA® is a powerhouse brand that develops, manufactures, and markets skin and hair care products sold worldwide and recommended by Dermatologists. The product line includes facial cleansers and moisturizers, sun protection, acne, cosmetics, body moisturizers and washes, shampoo, and other hair and skin care products. Cleansing is the largest category within the NEUTROGENA® brand and contains the #1 product in the category – the iconic Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Wipes.

Location- Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025
Travel %- 10-15
Pay- Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $113,000 to $195,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

In this role, you will be responsible leading the Cleansing & Body categories for Neutrogena. The main responsibility of this individual will be to lead a team of people to deliver share growth on Neutrogena Cleansing. You will also work side-by-side besides key partners on the Neutrogena business including Neutrogena Face Category Leads, CBI, Customer Strategy, Business Performance Analytics, Finance, & Supply Chain in an effort to fuel growth for the Neutrogena brand in the U.S. This role will include 3 direct reports.
Specific Responsibilities Include-
- High contribute role on monthly forecasting projection for Neutrogena Cleansing & Body ensuring accurate projections of business performance and helping ensure delivering of business KPIs
- Work collaboratively with cross functionals including Face Segment leads, CBI, etc. to build research plans to uncover new consumer insights, barriers
- Create the strategic plan to deliver share on Neutrogena Cleansing inclusive of identifying key opportunities to win consumer and building strong, effective marketing campaigns in support
- Liaise with Segment team to influence the big bets on the pipeline to ensure delivery against key occasions/needs in the category in a disruptive and incremental way
- Build and execute flawlessly the end-to-end in market plan across consumer journey that reaches target consumer and enables pull through at shelf, integrating closely with overall Megabrand Big Bets
- Shape and execute a cohesive consumer journey for the Neutrogena Cleansing/Body and ecosystem across key touchpoints/omnichannel
- Reinvent the future of Neutrogena Body rallying team behind opportunity to capitalize on large category opportunity and building a return to market boost plan for Rainbath and legacy heros like Norwegian Hand Bath
- Stand-up a new team of people and work to develop clear roles & responsibilities, opportunities for development, and impact
Required Qualifications
- You are legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
- A BA/BS degree is required; a Master’s in business or marketing specialization preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of marketing, sales or related experience is required
- Strategy and data are the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred industry experience of Consumer Packaged Goods and prior experience in Beauty/Skincare
- Experience leading and developing teams of teams
- Experience leading cross-functionals and agencies to develop a communications strategy for multiple brands or priorities
- Demonstrated ability to own commercial strategy and translate to communications strategy for multiple brands or segments
- You should possess excellent creative instincts and strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others .
- Digital marketing experience is critical.
- Budget management and forecasting experience.
