American Energy Storage Innovations, Inc. has a full-time opening for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager in Hudson, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:
The Senior Brand Marketing Manager manages strategic brand activities such as events and opportunities that support the brand through building awareness on and off-line. This individual is responsible for leading and driving assigned projects from ideation to execution, which includes trade shows, digital tactics, social media, design, and production (including asset design, printing, swag and more).
This individual must be detail-oriented, have a solid understanding of marketing techniques and be laser-focused to ensure a consistent brand across all marketing activities. The position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to take ownership of a project to ensure successful completion.
Responsibilities:
- Trade shows and other events: Own the planning, execution, and promotion of live tradeshows, events, and brand activations. Take full responsibility for understanding all steps necessary for preparation and for getting each task accomplished on time and on budget.
- Drive a thorough preparation process, ensuring successful execution of all components – from booth design and logistics to lead generation and follow-up.
- Manage all event logistics, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor performance.
- Manage communication with guests, registration, RSVPs, and monitor onsite event visitors.
- Lead and oversee onsite industry event execution and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the event.
- Digital and social media: Craft and execute engaging online plans to build brand awareness, drive engagement and generate demand. Create and maintain social calendar and listening plan.
- Lead strategy development and oversee execution of social media content.
- Own social media channel growth, audience awareness, and engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across multiple channels.
- Align social media strategies to marketing goals, analyze and report on business impact.
- Design & production: Manage design projects, printing orders and swag creation. Ensure top-notch quality and consistent brand messaging across all materials.
- Maintain correspondence and take responsibility for the accuracy of all material worked on with third-party vendors.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Data-driven decisions: Analyze marketing performance, track details, and identify areas for improvement. Optimize tactics based on data-driven insights.
- Document process improvements and maintain updates to processes and procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies, processes and procedures.
- Adhere to federal and state regulations.
- Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
- Predictable and reliable attendance.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of (five) 5 years’ experience managing marketing programs, with a proven track record of success.
- Minimum of three (3) years managing all aspects of trade show execution.
- Minimum of two (2) years building and managing social media content.
- Understanding of budgeting and cost/expense tracking management within a marketing context.
- Seriously strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- The ability to take full ownership and drive all requirements to get everything done.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow. Positive attitude and “can-do” mindset.

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 5 weeks per year (10%).
