Nuro is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s voice and message. You will play a critical role in defining and communicating Nuro’s positioning, values, and value proposition to stakeholders, including customers, partners, regulators, and the broader market. Your efforts will directly shape and influence our market presence and will help shepherd Nuro through subsequent stages of growth.
About The Work
In this role, you will report to Nuro’s Creative Director and will be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities that are crucial to our brand’s success:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and messaging strategies that align with Nuro’s business goals and brand positioning. Identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts to effectively reach and engage them.
- Social Media Management: Manage our social media channels, creating and curating content that engages our audience and builds our brand presence.
- Brand Content Creation: Produce compelling content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and other digital media, that tell our brand story, amplify our industry position, and highlight our technical capability.
- Film Production: Oversee the production of promotional and educational videos that showcase our products and company vision.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute events, both virtual and in-person, that engage customers, partners, and industry leaders.
- Customer-Focused Brand Marketing: Lead initiatives that enhance customer engagement and loyalty through targeted campaigns and innovative marketing strategies.
About You
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. You have 5-7 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the tech or automotive sectors. You understand the nuances of brand building in a competitive, fast-paced market.
- Creative: You possess a creative flair for storytelling and are skilled in producing content that resonates with diverse audiences. You have a strong portfolio of past work in content creation, especially in video or multimedia formats.
- Strategic Thinking: You think strategically and can align marketing activities with broader business objectives.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with digital marketing tools and platforms and have a strong understanding of social media dynamics.
- Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization.
- Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Ownership: You’re a proactive, entrepreneurial self-starter with a demonstrated history of delivering innovative outcomes.

At Nuro, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected base pay range is between $125,400 and $188,100 for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
