Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Leadership:
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all channels
- Act as the brand steward, offering strategic guidance to support high quality brand expression and communications
Brand Campaign Development:
- Support the planning and rollout of brand campaigns that increase visibility, strengthen brand affinity, and promote Redwood Credit Union’s unique value
- Drive creative briefs, timelines, and execution for high-impact brand campaigns
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize impact
- Help support an ongoing influencer program working with the social team and agencies to drive trust and preference for RCU in our market
Media Strategy:
- Lead media planning and buying media across TV, digital, radio, and more
- Manage agency relationships, media budgets, schedules, contracts and placements with focus on maximizing ROI
Tell Member Stories:
- Lead our Member Testimonial Program to create emotionally resonant content
- Curate and manage a content library while tracking performance and engagement metrics
Collaborate & Influence: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, agencies, and influencers.

Minimum Qualification: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Brand stewardship experience
- Integrated media expertise
- Strong creative acumen and campaign management experience
- Skilled in balancing creative branding with data-driven approaches
- Collaborative, with strong communication skills
- Influencer and content management experience
- Strong expertise in integrated marketing strategy, media planning (traditional and digital), and brand governance
- Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in media planning tools, analytics platforms, and creative systems
- Familiarity with the Bay Area media landscape and a passion for Redwood Credit Union’s mission are a plus
The ideal candidate has a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field and a minimum of five years’ experience in brand marketing, media strategy, or campaign management. Financial or consumer brand experience is preferred.
Compensation: Base starting range: $91,520 to $120,573 annually commensurate with experience.
Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity. Physical Requirements:

- Work environment is indoors; majority of the time is spent sitting at a desk
