What You’ll Do:
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams to ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines, fostering a brand-centric culture within the organization
- This individual will be responsible for creating and clarifying brand inputs to brand architecture, brand identity, product and feature roadmaps, and campaign development to positively shift perceptions, influence desired customer behaviors, and grow our business
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance the company’s global market positioning and achieve business objectives
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights, translating findings into actionable brand strategies
- Define and articulate the brand’s unique value proposition; ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and touch points to build a strong and cohesive brand identity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams; including marketing, product development, and business development to align brand strategies with overall business goals and ensure consistent brand representation
- Drive brand innovation by identifying opportunities for differentiation, staying ahead of market trends, and implementing creative solutions to set the brand apart in the industry
- Assess opportunities or challenges for our brands that result from changing conditions in the category or the world at large and make related recommendations
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual and verbal identity, ensuring all communications align with the brand strategy and standards
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of the brand vision and fostering brand advocacy
- Establish key performance indicators (KPI’s) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience of bringing creative and innovative ideas to the table, fostering brand differentiation and resonance in the market
- Analytical skills to interpret data, derive meaningful insights, and use metrics for informed decision-making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate brand messages effectively and maintain consistent brand communication
- A creative mindset with the ability to innovate and differentiate the brand in a competitive environment
- Deep understanding of the target audience and a customer-centric approach to shaping brand strategies
- Experience in brand and agency/consulting firms to see a variety of brand strategy application
- High level of interdependence in order to push big projects with multiple statekholder and touchpoints
- Experience building a brand
- Strong Powerpoint and presentation skills

The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000—$160,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
